Designed and drawn by professional designers or scanned by scanners to generate 3D model data.

Step 2 3D printer printing

Import 3D data to the printer for layering and start printing in layers.

Step 3 clear powder

After standing for a certain period of time, carefully remove the model and clean the platinum sand powder attached to the model.

Step 4 with immersion

The removed models are subjected to atmospheric pressure or vacuum impregnation.

Step 5 Sintering

Finally, the blank is reinforced by plain firing at 1350°C.

Step 6 Finished

Depending on the customer's needs, a series of work such as glazing treatment or casting can be done subsequently.
