Ceramic product manager - annual salary of more than 100,000

Work place: Jiangxi Province - Jingdezhen City - Changnan New District

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product demand discovery and analysis, product function appearance and packaging design;

2. Continue to explore user needs for product innovation, reasonably plan product development and functions, and coordinate and promote the implementation of product functions;

3. Pay attention to operation data, user feedback, etc., and continuously optimize products;

4. Pay attention to the market trends of the same industry and respond keenly to market changes;

5. Responsible for the organization and implementation of marketing plans, promotion projects and other action plans after product development in various sales channels to promote continuous improvement of product sales;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. Experience in product design, ceramic design related majors are preferred;

2. Familiar with ceramic production process, ceramic related knowledge and experience is preferred;

3. Active thinking, stable personality, strong sense of responsibility, high enthusiasm for work.
